February conferences

You can visit the Stenovations booth and write on a LightSpeed a the following conferences in February:

Deposition Reporters Association, Feb. 19-21 at the Concord Hilton, Concord, CA

Oklahoma Court Reporters Association, Feb 26-27 at the Renaissance Tulsa, Tulsa, OK

Carmen will be there with the LightSpeeds. Go by and visit him!

I had a great time at the ACRA Midwinter Conference! Many people stopped by to write on my new PINK LightSpeed with the new overlay. There were a lot of comments from people who prefer the feel of the new one over the original.

I'm calling her Bubblegum, because that is how pink she is.

New LightSpeeds delivered!

It's been a long delay, but the new LightSpeeds are finally being received by the customers. My friend Mary received hers today and came straight over to play!

There are added ridges that were not on the prototypes we had at the NCRA convention in August, and I think they're a good improvement.

Other things I learned today:
The blue light does not come on unless something has gone wrong with your SD card. Previously, it flashed when you turned on your writer and when the LS was saving to disk.

If you pop out the SD card, the writer turns off and pops a message up on your computer screen, so you know that it's popped out. Previously there was no notification if it popped out. You just pop it back in, turn on the writer, and continue.

There is a new GUI with the writer which I have not explored completely. More on that later!
